A coaching engagement with KGKAssociates is an invitation to give time and attention to issues or questions that you might not otherwise address, and to explore those issues with curiosity and openness. We work in partnership with you to identify your goals and help you uncover the resources you already have within yourself to achieve those goals, and so much more.

Our philosophy of coaching was clarified by an experience on the Arouca 516 Suspension Bridge in Portugal. Like walking out on to the bridge, working with a coach can feel destabilizing, scary, exciting - sometimes all at once! But it's worth it for the new perspective on terrain you thought you knew.
