Founder Kathryn Kempton Amaral is an AoEC-certified leadership coach working towards ICF certification. She thrives working with emerging leaders and professionals addressing change and uncertainty. Kathryn has more than 20 years of experience in the non-profit sector, international public health, and higher education. She brings this deep experience to engagements with global organizations, students, and individuals in times of transition.

In addition to 1:1 coaching, KGKAssociates works with organizations and teams to strengthen their professional development programs. This may include an inventory of existing institutional programs, mapping skills to resources, and identifying gaps. Larger engagements may involve the design and delivery of leadership workshops. ​​​
